Screening Process Flow

  • Job Application → Document Check → Pre-Screening Test
  • Trade Test (Practical + Theory) → Interview → Medical Checkup
  • Final Selection → Training/Orientation → Deployment

Grading & Certification

  • Score-Based Ranking (e.g., A, B, C grades for employer reference).
